  • Account information — email and password used to access the secure client portal.
  • Usage information — basic analytics about how you use the site, such as pages visited.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and evaluate whether we can help with your case
  • To provide the client portal — secure messaging and document storage
  • To prepare, present, and prosecute VA claims on your behalf
  • To comply with legal obligations and VA accreditation requirements

How we store and protect your information

Documents you upload are stored in secure, VA-compliant cloud storage aligned with Business Associate Agreement (BAA) requirements. Messages between you and your agent are transmitted through the secure portal. Access to your information is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to represent you.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information
  • We do not share your information with third parties for marketing

How long we keep your information

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and accreditation recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion of information that is no longer required (see below).

  • You can stop using the portal at any time
  • You can contact us with privacy questions or requests (see below)
