Who we are

Borne Accredited Claims is an accredited VA claims agent. Blake Leitch holds VA accreditation #60720 under 38 CFR §14.629. We are not part of, or endorsed by, the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Information is not legal advice

All content on this site — including guides, the disability calculator, and the resource library — is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client or representative-client relationship. VA rules and deadlines change; always confirm details with the official source (38 CFR, M21-1) or your accredited claims agent.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee any specific outcome on any claim or appeal. Every VA case depends on its individual facts and evidence.

Use of the client portal

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You agree to provide accurate information and documents
• You may not use the portal for any unlawful purpose

Fees

We will never charge a fee for assistance provided to surviving spouses or orphans. For other services, any fee arrangement is agreed upon separately before work begins and in accordance with VA rules governing accredited representatives.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and tools are owned by Borne Accredited Claims. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Borne Accredited Claims is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
